Dr Fabihah Siddique is a General Practice Registrar born and raised as a local novocastrian here in Newcastle. She graduated from Bond university with a Bachelor of Medical Studies & Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2022 and completed a 1-year internship at Gold Coast University Hospital, gaining experience across a wide range of specialties. She then completed her year of residency at Prince of Wales Hospital followed by 6 months of paediatrics training at St George Hospital. She chose to pursue a career in general practice to focus on continuity of care and provide patient-centred care that supports long-term health and well-being.
She is committed to ongoing professional development and intends to complete further training in paediatric medicine, women's health and skin cancer medicine to broaden her training.
Outside of medicine, Fabihah enjoys practising carious forms of music, including singing, piano, guitar and the bamboo flute and likes to keep active at the gym.
